AmericInn Opens Its 61st Hotel in Minnesota
AmericInn announced the opening of the new AmericInn Hotel and Suites Winona at 303 Pelzer Street. The hotel is the 61st in Minnesota for AmericInn, which now boasts more than 200 locations open or in development across 21 states. Opening festivities include participants from AmericInn corporate leadership, Winona city dignitaries and local investor Jerry Papenfuss.

The new 70-room AmericInn Hotel and Suites Winona features a pub serving drinks and light appetizers, refreshment bar, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, state-of-the-art exercise room, guest laundry, hotel-wide Internet access and the signature AmericInn hospitality service.
The hotel is owned by Pelzer Hospitality LLC, and will be managed by Three Rivers Hospitality, a sister company to Northcott Hospitality, owner of the AmericInn brand. The lead contractor is Truline Construction LLC.
The city of Winona is located in picturesque bluff country on the Mississippi River in southeastern Minnesota. With a population of 27,500, Winona is the county seat of Winona County.
